Return Policy

Return policy – Updated on September 20th 2020
 

Nature has a policy of free returns, which includes a full refund on the amount you have paid. Our return policy is effective only within 30 days starting when the package has been successfully delivered. You can exchange your product for another product, or a refund to the original payment method.

We want you to have the best experience of purchasing from Nature, so if you’re not happy with your purchase, please follow the steps below to issue a return or exchange: 

1. Returns for US & Australia
 

To initiate a refund, please email us at support-en@nature.global providing your order number. Our customer support team will email you further instructions. Returned items can be opened but must not have any signs of damage. Returned items must be returned in original packaging. 

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Once our warehouse receives your return, it can take up to 5 business days for us to inspect, process and refund your purchase. After the return has been approved, we will issue a full refund. Credit card refunds usually take 1-2 business days to be processed by your bank. Please check your inbox for any notifications. 

2. Exchanges for US and Australia

If you suspect a product’s malfunction, please email us at support-en@nature.global providing your order number. Our customer support team will investigate your issue and process the exchange if necessary.

In case of exchange you will receive a new item free of charge.

3. For International Orders (Outside of US & Australia)

Refund outside of US and Australia includes the product cost and original shipping fee (from Nature to the customer), but you are responsible for the return shipping fee. Returned items can be opened but must not have any signs of damage. Returned items must be returned in original packaging.
